Daca ai puterea de a accepta ,in acelasi fel,toate schimbarile trecute si prezente din viata ,atat lucrurile care se pot schimba cat si cele care nu se pot schimba,fara a sesiza diferenta, daca poti accepta si mai multe schimbari in viata,daca te-ai multumit doar a observa ca oamenii doresc sa se faca schimbari dar nu fac nimic pentru asta,daca te accepti asa cum esti,daca ai convigerea ca iti definesti identitatea facand mereu aceleasi lucruri actionand in acelasi mod,daca n-ai descoperit umorul greselilor tale,daca mananci pana ce nu-ti mai este foame sau dormi pana ce nu-ti mai este somn,sunt semne ca nu doresti sau nu esti pregatit pentru a-ti schimba viata. Poti accepta viata asa cum este sau o poti schimba.Daca n-o poti schimba esti nevoit s-o accepti.Daca poti schimba ceva,schimba inainte de a fi obligat.Nu poti incerca un nou inceput dar poti incerca ceva care sa aiba un nou sfarsit .
